We are hiring mechanics for our shop in San Jacinto and our mobile crew across Riverside County. Your grade comes from the MechanicRank cert exams. Your grade sets your pay and the jobs you run. Grade A and Grade B techs pick hourly or flat rate.
Three grades, each with its own pay. Grade A and Grade B choose hourly or flat rate. Pass more exams and you move up a grade.

1 or 2 MechanicRank modules passed
Your grade comes from the MechanicRank cert exams. Each exam covers one module, and you pass at 75%. The more modules you pass, the higher your grade.

On flat rate you earn a share of the labor we bill on each job you do. Grade A keeps 50% and Grade B keeps 40%. Fast, clean work pays more on flat rate. Hourly pays the same every week.
