Our No-Start / No-Crank Diagnostic Process

• Battery & connections — We test your battery voltage, load capacity, and inspect all cable connections and grounds for corrosion or looseness.
• Starter circuit — We verify power and ground signals at the starter motor and test the starter relay and solenoid to determine if the engine is physically able to crank.
• Ignition & security system — We check the ignition switch, anti-theft system, and key/transponder communication to rule out immobilizer lockouts.
• Fuel delivery — We test fuel pressure at the rail, listen for the fuel pump prime, and inspect the fuel pump relay and fuse circuit.
• Spark & compression — If the engine cranks but won't fire, we check for spark at the plugs and verify cylinder compression to rule out internal engine failure.
• OBD-II scan & live data — We pull stored codes and review live sensor data to identify any electronic faults preventing the engine from starting.
