What We Fix on Your RV
We stick to the mechanical side. That is the same work we do on cars and trucks every day, sized up for a motorhome.
- Engine repair and diagnostics
- Check engine lights and misfires
- Brakes, pads, rotors and calipers
- Suspension and steering parts
- Cooling system, radiators, hoses and water pumps
- Batteries, alternators and starters
- Diesel repair on diesel pushers and diesel chassis
- Oil changes and chassis maintenance
- No starts after the RV has been sitting
Signs Your RV Needs a Mechanic
- It cranks slow or will not start
- Battery light or low voltage on the dash
- Temperature gauge climbs on a grade
- Brakes pull, grind or feel soft
- Check engine light is on
- Smoke, a fuel smell or a leak under the rig
Under the House, It Is a Truck
Most motorhomes ride on a truck chassis. A gas coach often has a big Ford V8 or V10 up front. A diesel pusher has the engine in the back. Either way, the engine, brakes, axles and cooling system are truck parts. We work on those every day.
The trick is space. A 30 foot rig does not fit in most bays, and towing one costs a lot. So we bring the tools, the scan tool and the parts to you.
If your tow truck or SUV needs work too, we can do it on the same trip. Towing is hard on brakes and the cooling system, so those are worth a look before a long haul.

RV Repair Questions
Do you work on RVs?
Yes. We do mechanic work on motorhomes and the trucks that tow them. That means the engine, brakes, suspension, cooling, starting and charging, and diesel work. We come to where the RV is parked.
How much does a mobile RV mechanic cost?
Labor is $150 an hour. From 10pm to 6am it is $300 an hour. Parts are listed on the quote, and you approve the total before we start.
Do you fix diesel pushers?
Yes. We do diesel repair on diesel pushers and diesel chassis. That covers no starts, fuel problems, cooling trouble and brakes.
My RV won't start after sitting. What should I do?
Call us before you buy parts. A no start after storage is often a dead battery, old fuel or a weak starter. We test the battery and charging system first, so you only pay for the part that failed.
Can you come to my RV park or storage lot?
Yes. We work in driveways, RV parks and storage lots across the Inland Empire. Check with the park or lot first to make sure they allow repairs on site.
What areas do you cover for RV repair?
We are based in San Jacinto and Hemet and cover the Inland Empire, including Riverside, Temecula, Menifee and Moreno Valley. We also make trips to the Coachella Valley and Blythe. Call first so we can plan the trip.
Can you work on my tow vehicle too?
Yes. Pickups and SUVs are our everyday work. Before a long tow, have the brakes and cooling system checked, since towing works both of them hard.
What warranty do you give on RV repairs?
Labor is covered for 90 days or 5,000 miles. Parts carry the maker's warranty, which runs 1 to 3 years depending on the part.
